DTx-L100

The DTx-L100 is a single-unit desktop testing instrument with a fixed length measurement function. It is a new generation of independent testing equipment, used for quickly measuring the physical indicators of cigarettes or filter rods. When the sample falls into the measuring head, it is adsorbed by negative pressure. Then, driven by the motor, the belt rotates 360 degrees. During the rotation process, a high-precision laser scanner scans the sample at a sampling frequency of over 150 times to obtain a considerable number of length values. Through data processing, the interference of the leading tobacco fibers is filtered out, and the length values that are highly consistent with the sample length are obtained, which are used to calculate the length parameters.

DTx-L100长度单机为台式检测仪器，是新一代的独立检测设备，用于快速测量卷烟或滤棒的长度物理指标。样品落入测量头后被负压吸附，然后由电机带动皮带旋转360度，在旋转过程中通过高精度激光器以超过150次的采样频率扫描样品获得一组相当数量的长度值，通过数据处理，滤掉冒头烟丝的干扰，获取与样品长度高度拟合的长度值，用于计算长度参数。
