DTx-H100

The DTx-H100 is a single-unit desktop testing instrument with a length. It is a new generation of independent testing equipment, used for quickly measuring the hardness of cigarettes or filter rods. The hardness unit of the instrument first applies a pre-applied load force to the sample to measure the pre-pressed diameter; then it applies the loading force, measures the indentation diameter after a certain period of time, and finally the control system calculates the corresponding hardness value based on the change in the front and back displacement diameter.

DTx-H100长度单机为台式检测仪器，是新一代的独立检测设备，用于快速测量卷烟或滤棒的硬度。仪器硬度单元先向样品施加预加荷载作用力，测量预压直径；然后再施加加载作用力， 经过一定时间后测量出压陷直径，最后控制系统通过前后位移直径的变化计算出对应的硬度值。
